Daily rentals come with unlimited mileage, so you can drive as much as you need. Monthly rentals are limited to 4,000 kilometers per month. Any kilometers driven beyond the included limit will incur additional charges per kilometer. The exact rate for excess mileage depends on the vehicle class.

We operate a "Full-to-Full" fuel policy. You receive the car with a full tank and must return it with a full tank. If the car is returned with less fuel than received, the missing fuel will be charged at a premium rate. We recommend refueling at a nearby gas station before returning the vehicle.

Yes, additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement provided they meet the same age and license requirements as the primary renter. Late return penalties are calculated as follows: up to 1 hour late — no penalty; up to 2 hours late — 40% of the daily rental rate; up to 3 hours late — 60% of the daily rental rate; 4 or more hours late — full additional day charge. Yes, airport pickup and return service is available at Heydar Aliyev International Airport. Between 09:00 and 20:00, the service fee is 30 AZN. Outside these hours (20:00-09:00), the fee is 40 AZN. For rentals of 21 days or more, airport delivery and pickup is completely free of charge.

The renter is responsible for all traffic fines incurred during the rental period. Fines issued by traffic officers must be paid before returning the vehicle. Camera-detected fines will be deducted from the security deposit. Any fines identified after the vehicle return must be paid online immediately upon notification. In case of any accident or breakdown, immediately contact our 24/7 support service at the number provided on your rental agreement. For accidents, also call the police to file an official accident report — this is required for insurance claims. Do not attempt any repairs yourself.
